Kwali Scripts is a service on WhatsApp that allows anyone registered on Kwali to shop and pay for medicine on WhatsApp. As a registered user, one sends an image of the script on WhatsApp, which is then sent to Kwali registered pharmacies for quotations. Once a quotation is selected and paid for, pickup or delivery may be arranged.

One then selects the most suitable quotation, pays for it and then arranges the collection or delivery of the medicine. Delivery costs vary depending on location of the supplying pharmacy and the delivery address.
